In terms of functionality I have not tried all the features but the regular cleaning does seem effective on my work clothes. Happy with the purchase

Do not buy a styler

Styler has a critical water leaking issue but you would not receive any repair service from LG. LG gave us a list of repair companies but all the companies told us they dont provide a repair service for the styler. You should be aware that your floor would get damaged from the water leak. I noticed that the water leak issue is a common issue that LG doesnt reveal to customers. I am so disappointed in the quality of LG products. LG refrigerator that I have owned also had a compression failure. I regret to buy these products from LG.

Tremendous and Easy Pant Creases

The refresh closet is wonderful It refreshes clothing awesomely but our favorite feature is the pants press. My husband loves the creases on his work pants and dress pants. It was actually my husband who talked me into getting the appliance and Im glad he did At first we thought wed put it in the laundry room but then realized it made more sense to put it right outside our walk-in closest. When we take our clothes off we can put them in for a refresh before we put them away and at night we put our outfits for the next day in and they are perfect in the morning Very practical and it saves on the cost and hassle of some of our dry cleaning.

I brought this styler a few weeks ago and Im in love I work for a wardrobe production company and Im always steaming and pressing garments. This styler has saved me half the time with my clothing preparation. It has allowed me to steam multiple garment pieces while pressing pants at the same time Also I picked a pink lotus aroma sheet I got from amazon which makes all the garments smell absolutely amazing. I would by this thing 1000x over thanks LG

best holiday gift

Very convenient and easy to use. I used to have to use a hand steamer and iron to clean my clothes that I dont throw into the washer/dryer and this allows me to easily and conveniently clean those clothes now without doing any manual work with the hand steamer and iron. Just hang and place into the styler. Would highly recommend for someone who is always busy working. Long Wu

Impossible to get it repaired

Purchased this for my new home. Kept it in storage while home was being built. When I finally tried to use it I got a steam heater error E4 message. Its still under warranty but its been almost a month and they still have not been able to find a tech to come repair my unit.

Cool if you have the money or wear suits often

I like it keeps cloths fresh. Keep a couple of dryer sheets in there and your clothes will smell good if they are clean. One very stupid thing is the timer function. It only lets you delay in hour increments and start at 3 hours... Why not just be able to set a time for it to be ready by? Because now I have to set a reminder on when to start a delayed cycle. Thats so easily fixable. LG please update this to have a Ready by... Delay Start

Not worth the money or space

The design is very limited in what clothing it will actually remove any wrinkles if at all. It took 3 cycles on normal cycle to see any improvement. This may be more ideal for coats and kids toys that need a little refreshing but you could easily just buy new and still save money. If you buy higher end clothing you should invest in something better. This will only disappoint you with the performance of this machine.
