Decent vacuum

I bought this vacuum a year ago and over all I had no issues up until October when the wheel became defective. Called to start warrenty process and that has been a nightmare. After a month of constant calling and asking for a supervisor to call me back I finally just sent the unit in for repairs. After the unit was set in the supervisor called me back to explain it would not be be covered under the warranty and there would be a cleaning fee. Over all the unit it self was great. The customer service / support has been awful. Definitely reconcidering my loyalty to the brand after this experience.

More trouble than its worth

This thing has been trouble since I got it. The sensors dont work and it ran right off the top stair without even pausing..crashed down and now the top is broken. Theres a problem with the camera. It is lousy at finding its way back to the docking station and I have to hunt for it as least 4 days a week. Do not recommend.

The unit worked great especially on carpet.....when it worked. at less than a year old the motor died and all was covered by the warranty. a year later the battery died would run only about 15 seconds. No longer covered by warrenty. after online chatting and a call $160 plus shipping and tax to repair. Two years old. For the price it goes for the warranty should be better. I had a lemon. it should have been replaced. Going with another brand

The best robot vacuum 11/5/2022

This is my 2nd robot vacuum and is the best one so far. It is very convenient and really does the job so you dont have to worry about vacuuming the house in your busy life like afterwork or weekend. It returns to the base once its done. If it needs to be charged it comes back to the base and starts working itself again until finishing the job. It is amazing and I love it so far. It is the best robot vacuum product and I own many other LG products too. I became a fan of LG appliances.

First robo vacuum

I was very excited when I first got this vaccuum. It was different than others which is why I chose it. It worked well for awhile but then it stopped. The battery wouldnt charge and luckily its still under warranty because I just had to send it in to be repaired. I havent had it quite a year Very disappointed. I hope this does not show problems to come. Now I feel like. Must purchase the additional warranty since it didnt even make it thru the first year.

Great concept but breaks down

I had 2 back surgeries and was told to stop pushing a vacuum. I have mostly carpet and bought this machine as it was advertised to handle thicker carpet. Broke down while under warranty and after the repair it broke down again with very little use. I am still debating whether the aggravation of paying for repair and shipping will be beneficial since it seems to be a lemon.

My unit was purchased about two years ago on line. Now the unit seems to charge but then is dead when removed from the charger. I have had three on line chat sessions to find a repair center. So far I have found that none of the repair shops sell the product much less repair them. I cannot even get a place to ship the unit for repair. I dont know what else to do Poor customer service.
