I purchased this item November 29 2022 arrived December 7 2022 and had it installed. On December 23 2022 I called about it rapid recycling ...runs less than a minute stops less than a minute countinously I was told that the coils were frozen and needed to put an outside cover on it to thaw them. Jake told me that it would be fine to run it with this cover on it. Thankfully I am well aware that this was NOT GOOD ADVICE Later a woman called to tell me not to run it with the cover on. However she said that I should cover it for 24 hours to let the coils thaw and then try it again. She also said she would call back in a couple of days to check with me--SHE DID NOT I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND AND JUST DONT HAVE THE ENERGY TO CALL BACK Im a senior citizen and live in a 400 sq ft condo...this is my ONLY source of heat and cooling

Room with a breeze

I bought this in 2021 had it installed but unfortunately the hurricane took it out. I didnt buy the extended warranty the first time but did this time so fingers crossed Its a little noisy but overall I was very happy with it I bought a replacement the other day I certainly hope I get more than a year out if this one. I would recommend it for sure

The unit came with a large dent in the outside shell but I was able to get it straightened out satisfactorily and it doesnt appear to affect any operations. The shell fit the wall opening that the old unit was in perfectly making installation a breeze. Everything is working great. Quiet operation and the remote are real upgrades from the old unit of a different brand. I am highly satisfied.

My son n law bought this for me and the heat worked but the AC never did work and my hubby recently had a stroke n its hot and no one ever came by to check it out no technician come by either. Instead messages after messages of send all the information they needed and Im over sweating my butt off and until what 2 weeks later they finally reimbursed the money back. and had to get another one. Never In my life had so much problems with the people from Amazon..

I liked the unit when it was working on the air conditioner tried to switch it to the heater side did not work and LG is working with me to get it corrected. Lot of time involved and paper trail but I hope that they will get issue resolved soon.
