Works well. It has plenty of storage space. The freezer cooled down in under 4 hours. Love that it is on wheels, so it can be easily moved if needed.

This product is stylish. Works efficiently as it is built to do so. The only negative thing is that the adjustable leveling feet don't reach the floor past the wheels.

We decided to replace our chest freezer with an upright freezer for our garage. It was the perfect replacement and the color we chose (Carbon) fit in perfectly with the way my husband has set up the garage. If I have any complaints, it would be that it is a bit louder when running than was our chest freezer, but since we aren™™t in the garage all the time, we can deal with that.

I purchased this unit to take the place of my long standing chest freezer for 2 reasons:1. Easier to organize and get to what I needed2. Took up less surface area in my garage So far I have been very happy with this unit and it has been working out exactly as needed. I hope it continues for a long time, as the chest freezer still worked perfectly and was purchased 45 years ago!

The freezer runs non-stop without stopping, which caused the entire interior of the freezer to be covered in frost. This caused some of our food to go bad. Waste of money. Of course, Home Depot only accepts a return after 48 hours of delivery. That™™s not even enough time for the freezer to completely get to its cold temperature. Also the top gasket is misaligned, so Home Depot will send a technician out for that. This purchase was a mistake. I regret buying this item.

We went from a 2002 12cf to a 2025 20cf and I couldn't be more excited! We have so much more room, an inside light, an alarm warning us if the temp drops too low which will save us hundreds of dollars on wasted food and one of the best things about this freezer compared to our old one is that it's frost free! No more taking everything out and hauling it outside for half the day waiting for the ice to thaw out! Why did we wait so long to upgrade is beyond me!

This freezer has a ton of storage. I thought my last freezer was big, but I can fit so much food in this thing. Not only on the main shelves but also the shelves in the door. I can really organize my food and see everything that I need to get to. I'm loving this freezer.
