Beautiful but LOUD

I love the look of this product and when Frigidaire said it was quiet on top of being aesthetically pleasing I snatched one up. This was last Spring. As soon as I plugged it in I realized it was just as loud as any other window unit, but at least it's pretty. It does a fine job of cooling my entire one-bedroom NYC apartment if I have a fan to blow cool air from the living room into the bedroom.If you're wanting a quiet window unit then search elsewhere. If you don't mind the normal window unit level of noise but want one that looks great then this one is perfectly fine.

WiFi feature is great when it wants to work but unfortunately for me this the 3rd time this year my a/c unit just goes offline

I have had this A/C for a while now. I really like the look of it and it cools down the room quickly. Unfortunately it turns off every night at midnight. I wish this wasn™™t an issue.

I™™m extremely happy with this unit. Although I do have a question. It appears to have some sort of schedule for turning on an off. It will not allow me to delete the schedule on the app.

I bought the same style but differente model number that I can not find here; at first time we love the style, the features, what we loved the most is that the air duct is located on the top so the air can not goes direct to somebody, also we been excited about the Wi Fi function but it never worked with our smart phones, we have had to purchase the Wemo mini; the equipment is too noisy and the remote control is too filmsy and got damaged so easily. After so many problems and incidents at home, that kept us so busy and distracted, today we could contact with customer service by online chat, to ask for a new remote control but they said that we are out of the first time courtesy and gotta pay more than $50 for a new one, this is so sad because we are Frigidaire customers since 15 years ago. I do not recomend any style of this series, this year we bought a regular Frigidaire AC model which is 100 times better.
