The Wi-Fi connectivity for both units I bought does not work. It appears these are old units. After going through two levels of IT support, I made a warranty claim and have been ignored.

Bought this product a year ago and it's been great in keeping me cool. it looks great but is quite loud and has a really bad app that I still can't get to work. If they would fix the app will give it a 4 star

Do not buy this AC, although I don't believe they are selling it anymore. The WiFi doesn't work -- but it took weeks for them to figure out their iCloud has expired, and unless you bought this unit within the year it was manufactured, you can not connect it to WiFi. They were supposed to send me a replacement with updated model -- after I had to fill in many forms and they never got back to me -- and I never received the replacement. It took weeks and weeks before they told me they send me a gift card -- but the price of the gift card did not cover the price of the AC. The ONLY reason I bought this model was for the WiFi. It's useless to me. As an aside, it also never cooled well and was quite noisy, although it advertised as being quiet. BUYER BEWARE.

I am happy with the unit overall. I have it installed on my porch to cool off the area when I am out there in the heat of the summer and it works great. The only issue I have is that the Wi-Fi does not work. I have tried everything, including having my internet people come out and install a new line to get the router closer. And I also bought a more up to date and expensive router thinking that would resolve the issue, but it did not.

Bought this for the "man cave" in the attic, which isn't the best place. It's too hot in the summer and way to cold in the winter. We needed something that could act fast when I go up there since I don't want to pay to keep it comfortable when not in use. This unit does the trick. It's able to take the room, maybe 8' x 15', about 1-degree per minute, sometimes more. Haven't had a chance to test in the true heat of summer yet, but I'm not worried.

I got this a few weeks ago since my current a/c unit was starting to go bad. I love being able to control the unit from my phone and it cools the room very quickly. It also isn't too loud (at least for me) and it smoothly transitions from high to low to off and back on again. Really looking forward to using the unit once it warms up.

I had a portable unit that could not cool my room. during the day it was above 90 degrees and at night around midnight finally it would get below 80. This unit is amazing. I turn the unit on from my phone before i get home!

I purchased this window AC a month ago and it is an excellent product. I have had it on auto cool and it has kept our bedroom very comfortable. I have had to clean the screen and filter a few times, however that is part of the maintenance and it keeps the unit running effeciently

I purchased this unit last year and it's the best A/C I've ever have. Upon opening the box all parts and instructions are available. Easy step by step instructions are supplied. If you are a hands on person setup is a breeze. If you feel you need help find someone who can install. After I installed the unit, setting up the network for app use was super easy. The remote was also easy to use. The Best feature is the app use. I can turn it on and off from any where in the world. The filter and holder are easy to remove and clean. Will definitely purchase another one for. Best A/C ever!!!!

We bought this for our bedroom for it™™s supposed smart features and for is supposed ionizing air filtration feature. It has been a total disappointment. It doesn™™t regulate temperature well, it swings wildly colder or hotter than its set temp in our tiny bedroom. It isn™™t smart home compatible, and the app and app functionality is horrendous. There™™s no smart features, no geo-fencing or auto-away, just a horrible WiFi control that loses sync constantly. The set schedule only works sometimes and otherwise doesn™™t, it will just randomly fail to automatically turn on or off, and overall we are just so dissatisfied. I wish I could still return this for a ™dumb™ AC unit that at least holds temperature well. Basically this AC fails on all levels. It doesn™™t AC well, so, it™™s useless. If I set it to 74 degrees, it swings wildly between 67 and 78 degrees. And maintains nothing within any reasonable margin of error. Thumbs down.

There is honestly not a feature on this unit I could complain about. The filter is easy to clean and it will alert you when needed. The app is simple and straightforward. It's stylish and unobtrusive. All across the board this is a great air conditioner.

i bought this unit the past month. I must say it™™s not as I expected. Cons: EXTREMELY Loud/NoisyNot as cold as older AC units i™™ve had.Pros:Sleek Look/AppearanceWIFI ControlSadly, I™™m disappointed. It™™s not cold at all in my apt, I™™m going to have to see if it™™s even worth my money after I get my electric bill. It™™s more aesthetically appealing in appearance but def not cold. Wish I could return or exchange for a different quieter model, but I™™d probably not return as a customer based on this purchase. Too expensive for a mediocre performance.

I finally upgraded an old, energy sucking air conditioner from 2002. The machine works well and pumps out cold air very quickly. It was easy to install and well designed. My favorite feature is the wifi connection. I can start the machine from the app on my phone and by the time I get home, the room has already been cooled down. I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased my original AC 1.5 yrs ago. The unit I have now is a replacement due to a malfunction. I™™m very pleased with the actual product and the warranty service. This ac actually cools my room. The timer is great and being able to operate machine from phone app is excellent. I start it via phone app before getting home and by the time I get home the temperature is set and I™™m a satisfied man.I wish it was a little bit quieter, but other than that. I recommend it highly

I bought this just over a month ago and I'm so happy that I did. Once I got the AC connected and integrated with my phone it was smooth sailing. I am also happy that it helps me do my part in conserving energy. It is sleek and functional which really appeals to me. If I had one minor complaint it's that it can be a bit noisy. I am a city dweller so it does not bother me as much. However if you are sensitive to that, be advised.

Three days after installation the clean filter red light has come on. I can turn the unit off and the light will go out when I turn it back on. However the red light comes back on. The filter and the unit are brand new and the filter is clean.

The Cool Connect is elegantly designed and fits well in a clean, simple, minimal room. The interface is sleek: a touchpad selector with white LED indicator lights. Installation is relatively straightforward however the adjustable window baffle comes in several pieces and could have been integrated into the unit as one piece without assembly required. The unit is not quiet during operation and one can distinctly hear the condenser and fan. Remote, in-built wifi controllable via an app, and automatic periodic indicator for filter replacement are all pluses.

Now that I have the unit installed up and running...- Love the Power of the blower It is a bit loud, but not to bad- Being cloud based is a plus +++ and this feature is awesome Accessing my AC NOT from home is a great feature for sure!- Air flow direction This unit has the Air flowing UP as apposed to straight or down.This is smart and about time someone thought this through The only disappointment is that the air flow does NOT change much with regards to right and left. It pretty much blow straight It would get 5 stars if the blower were quieter and the air flow could actually be changed

The air vents are on the top of this unit which blows the air up into the shades. I've had this unit plugged in for 24hrs & this room isn't cool yet. I'm going to see if I can take it back to the store to get my money back!

Got this and since putting it in the window i been nothing but delighted and amazed of the performance its powerful yet not so noisy you can control it with your phone by simply downloading the app i live in Bronx NY and i turned it on from Hartford CT thats pretty kool so far no complaints but lets see how it does after a few summers.

I have this installed for about a month now. Visually the unit is nice and well styled. Way better than your average window unit. Yet, when temperature is set on Eco mode it is always two degrees warmer. Example: Set to 72 and unit stops at 74. The Alexa controls are subpar. You can turn the unit on and off and set temperature that's it. It would be phenomenal if I could give my Ecobee thermostat with Alexa a skill stating do not turn unit off until "X" temperature is achieved. Or turn on if this temperature is hit on the thermostat. Also, the unit is loud. Even on low it's loud, conversations and watching tv require loud volume. When operating it does a decent job of maintaining the humidity. And the Eco mode with fan intervals is a very nice feature.
