I have had this microwave for 2 years. The convection peice is very hard to figure out. Directions were not helpful. It's hard to open and the handle actually broke off the door. Had to glue it back on. Currently looking for a new one and it won't be a Frigidaire.

My husband and I bought this just over two years ago. We went to open it and the handle broke off recently. Of course since we're out of warranty we'll probably have to buy a part that shouldn't even have broken in the first place. Stay away!

The Convection use is worthless, takes longer to cook than your average oven, even the microwave doesn't heat up as much as my old one....So Id give it a 4 Star rating out of 10
