Decent space poor materials

The space is well planned and great but the materials are super cheap. The door shelves hook on to a thin piece of plastic that™™s connected to the whole door panel. It has broken on two shelves and you have to replace the whole door panel for a few hundred bucks. The sleeves the sled snap in pieces too. Poor quality for sure

We had service come back because the doors were not put on very good. Freezer door had a screw put in crooked so the door rubbed on it and the frig door was put on crooked. They were nice and prompt and all is well. We like it, especially the wide Deli drawer.

I love the "deli" drawer, for sandwich meats and cheeses and spreads, it is spacious. I also like the adjustable shelves. and the Produce drawers. The freezer is also spacious, and adjustable shelves. The door shelves are also large enough to hold condiments, and butter, and other items. On the whole, I couldn't be more satisfied.

We have had it for less than a month, but so far so good! It fits perfectly in our narrow space but still very spacious! We both noticed that it appears to allow us to see our groceries easier! We love the large deli drawer!

Overall the refrigerator is good. The only thing I do not like is that there is no light in the freezer. I did not even think to check this before purchasing. I just assumed all refrigerators came with this. I never had one that didn™™t. For the price of this refrigerator, I really think it should have a light in the freezer.

I LOVE it. I got the white model without exterior handles. I also opted for the larger interior. The white exterior brighten ups the kitchen. My well water is "bad" so I didn't need an ice maker and a side by side is too large for the kitchen space (bought a used one last year and had to leave it in the dining area while my other one was being repaired - repair lasted two weeks and I had already given it away). I acquired a small, older frig last November for free, but it is too small (kept it as a secondary frig since my upright freezer quit a few months ago). I love the bright interior lights that make it easy to see contents. I want to brag on the interior also. The clear, spacious door shelves were a BIG selling point for me. But most importantly the main shelves are clear, solid material and are adjustable. The fridge runs quiet. I trust the Frigidaire brand and decided that I am worthy of a NEW fridge and hope it will last for many decades.

This is a replacement refrigerator for the one delivered 10 weeks ago. Your customer service department needs a lot of work. First of all, it is out of the country and the agents go by the book only without any consideration for the customer position or concerns. You provided me with a defective product! The timer went out with only 10 weeks use and after waiting 24 hours a very nice service tech informed me that that part was out of stock until mid-October. I spent over entire day waiting to find out this new refrigerator would not and could not be fixed until sometime after October 14th. It was only because the firm I purchased it from was willing to pick it up and provide me with a new one, that I was able to get this new one. I am currently waiting on this new one to fail on me again. I just hope it will be after October 14th when it fails. Clearly you have a major customer service problem on this missing defective part.

This refrigerator/freezer is poorly constructed and a poor excuse for a refrigerator. Every time I close the refrigerator, the freezer door pops open. It does shut itself, but I have had to defrost the freezer twice since I got it in May. I've had the repair men out here twice and the say that's how it operates. Now that the weather is cooler the milk, bottled water, beverages and even corn on the cob is freezing. It is in my garage and that's why I bought this model. It is suppose to be garage ready. I don't know if Frigidaire stands behind their products, but wanted you to be aware of the problem.

i like the interior set up and i went with the white which looks sharp, the only down side i had was switching the door to the other side. some of the screws and caps were in to tight, took longer then expected

While we are in the process of remodeling a home, we were hoping to make the fridge that came with our house last (from 2000) and it was having leaking issues. So we went with the Frigidaire Top Freezer over other brands because of the deli drawer and great door space. With a toddler, she can easily access her snacks and there is surprisingly a ton of space in the fridge section.Only downside is I wish it came with an ice maker given the cost of these nowadays.

Got this fridge for our garage. It™™s rated for outdoors and we didn™™t want a fridge with handle sticking out and this Fit our needs. Lots of room. The freezer keeps everything solid, frozen including ice cream. We live in Florida and it™™s holding up to a hot garage.

when I close fridge door (lower) top door (freezer) flies open & then I have to manually open & close it (freezer door) to make sure its closed tight before I walk away. there's a white "cap/cover" on bottom front left fridge door. I read its to prevent tipping and there should be 2...one on each left & right front side. Store ordered & will notify me for appointment when in. There's no "grill" on front bottom of fridge. I can feel heat coming out front bottom of fridge but how do I clean underneath. Even tho its got front rollers there is no way a small person can move that thing!! The delivery guys were great!!

I love this refrigerator. It keeps things very cold and the visibility is great. I can easily see and access everything. The large drawer is a really nice feature. I rate it at a four due to the noise level which will take some getting used to.
