It is what was described and what I expected. It has all of the good features of my Frigidaire18000 BTU that I bought a couple of years ago, but with one exception: It is noisier than the very quiet 18000 BTU unit. I especially like the heat pump this winter.

We bought this a/c with supplemental heat to replace 10 year old wall unit that quit on us in August Florida Heat! Works great, easy to install, love the remote. Nice and quiet! Old one was so loud you could hear it hum through the whole 2 story house. We are unable to install central heat and air because the pitch on our 1956 cinderblock home is to low. Wall units are the only way for us to go!

Purchased this unit and another unit for bedroom. Nice looking unit and it is not very loud like some units can be. The noise level is what I had anticipated before purchase. It is August and I live in Texas so have not yet used the heating part of this unit.

We are in Arkansas and the other day it was 108 Degrees, actual temp. We had the unit set on 70 and we are cooling about 360 sq. ft. The inside room temp. was about 73 @ the hottest part of afternoon! Pretty great in my book .

The heat works very well, but I have not used the A/C yet although I'm sure it will be fine. It installed easy enough and fit the window well. The only thing I would like to have seen is a real time digital thermometer that shows current temperature. The remote is very nice.

I bought this 3 months ago to help heat a bed room that the central unit doesn't heat well. It works well here in Florida as long as its not cold. The heat pump part works great as long as its 40 degrees outside. When it drops any lower the heat pump cuts off and the heat strip comes on. It is 32 degrees outside and 62 degrees in the bedroom. I could have did this much with a $25.00 portable heater.

The cooler puts out good cold air for about a 20 x 25 area but doesn't extend much further than that. The directional adjustability is quite limited. The filter is made of flimsy plastic, but is easy to clean. We have not used this through the winter season yet so don't know how well it will put out heat. When we ordered this, we thought we were replacing the old unit with an equivalent one, but this one turned out to be a smaller plastic unit whereas the older one was larger, heavier, and metal composition with a more robust output so comparisons may not be fair. We really love the remote control, and the economy setting is a great feature.

This is a workhorse of an appliance. Supplying both heating and cooling, and covering 500 square feet, it suits my needs completely. It's hot here in N.O. for 9-10 months of the year. The heating is secondary, but nonetheless necessary for only several days out of the year.

I bought this six weeks ago to replace a bedroom unit. It is the "little brother" to a 25KBTU unit I bought 4 years ago. I'm satisfied with both. Even though the big unit has needed parts replacement 5 times, the company's extended warranty service is great, and performance and features are the best. This from a place where A/C is not an option.

Pretty good air heater combo with decent features nice overall looks good build. But some drawbacks energy saver seems hit or miss. Lacking in proper temperature setting as it cools but shuts off to much when used also has some weird air sound a little annoying but ive gotten used to it. Heat works very well only drawback is again some rather annoying noise. But heats room excellent so no problems there. The other problem i have is the filter seems a little on the cheap side and its not very convenient to put it back in after you've cleaned it out. But other than that i haven't had much issues and overall believe it is a good deal.
