I'm enjoying our new over-the-range microwave. Operation is easy and intuitive, and it's also easy to clean. I'd recommend this microwave to others.

contractor replaced micro after it blew. New replacement is SAD. Sounds Cheep, when opening door, clinking sound, tinny,{ plastic cheep}. inside & plate is smaller, even though it says 1.8cu . My Old one, installed 2013, was stainless trim,. firm feel & sound closing door. GREAT while it lasted. Wish I had it back. !!! Sorry NOT A FAN..

This microwave heats up leftovers better and faster than any microwave I™™ve had in the past. I like the bright LED lights (inside the microwave and the overhead oven light). I also really appreciate the varying sounds levels for the timer. Really nice feature. I™™d buy this one again and highly recommend it to future buyers.

Power fluctuation and waveguide almost caught on fire.

The Frigidaire microwave oven stopped working within 2 weeks of installation. While in normal use, there was a power fluctuation and the magnetron almost caught the waveguide cover on fire. This is a terrible mircowave oven. In addition, Frigidaire warranty and customer service is terrible and has been of no help.

Very pleased with this microwave. The only improvement I wish were built in is better ventilation underneath to provide air/steam suction to the range. May be a builders issue, but is the only improvement needed.

Purchased microwave 10 years ago. Finally needed a new one. Didn't want to rearrange cabinets, so needed same size. Ordered same microwave from PC Richard's. This model has slightly different features. Works great and interior has nice new look. Totally satisfied with purchase for another ten years.

I just purchased a new home and it came with Frigidaire appliances. I am loving the over the Range Microwave. It works great and is in a good location. I like how I have extra space by not having to sit one out on the counter. I have only been using it for one month but so far so good.

Really liked my Frigidaire Gallery but it failed after 5 years. For ease of replacement I chose this unit which was a direct replacement even using the same mounting hardware so no need to remove that or drill new holes. Unit is almost identical to the Gallery model we had so no need to relearn controls. The only thing that is very different is this unit is much louder, an annoyance that I will have to try and get used to.
